Google Sheet Automations Plus Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Google Sheet Automations Plus, a monday.com Marketplace app provided by Appstronauts, a trading name of AEVELS LLC ("Appstronauts", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. The Service
Google Sheet Automations Plus connects monday.com with Google Sheets so users can configure automations that create, update, or sync selected data between monday.com boards and Google Sheets. The app depends on your monday.com account, Google account, selected permissions, and the availability of monday.com and Google services.
2. Marketplace Purchase Terms
If you purchase the app through the monday.com Marketplace, the plan you select in the monday.com checkout governs the price, billing cycle, plan limits, renewal date, taxes, and any trial that applies. monday.com may process payment, invoicing, plan changes, cancellations, and billing administration directly through the monday.com platform.
If we agree to a separate written order form, enterprise agreement, or procurement document signed by Appstronauts, that written agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms. Otherwise, these Terms and the plan shown at checkout govern the purchase.
3. Fees, Renewals, and Taxes
Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period selected at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date through the monday.com account administration area or another process we provide in writing. Prices do not include taxes unless expressly stated. Applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges may be added by monday.com, a payment processor, or Appstronauts as required.
We may change future plan prices or features. Any changes apply only as allowed by the monday.com Marketplace flow, applicable law, or a separate written agreement.
4. Trials, Cancellations, and Refunds
Trial availability and duration are shown in the monday.com Marketplace or checkout flow. Cancelling or uninstalling the app stops future renewals according to the applicable monday.com Marketplace billing process, but it may not automatically cancel your separate monday.com account or other app subscriptions.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, required by the monday.com Marketplace billing policy, or expressly agreed by Appstronauts in writing.
5. Account Access and Permissions
To use the app, you authorize us to access only the monday.com and Google account permissions needed to provide the selected automation. Depending on your configuration, this may include:
- reading monday.com board, item, column, and automation context needed to run your configured workflows;
- reading and writing selected Google Sheets data for sync actions;
- read-only Google Drive access to find spreadsheets you select;
- storing encrypted OAuth tokens and app configuration needed to keep the integration working.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ensuring you have authority to install the app and connect the relevant monday.com and Google accounts;
- deciding which boards, spreadsheets, columns, and data should be processed by the app;
- maintaining accurate billing, admin, and contact information in monday.com;
- complying with laws, internal policies, and third-party platform terms that apply to your use of monday.com, Google, and the app.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the app to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- process data you are not authorized to access or transfer;
- interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls for the app, monday.com, Google, or our infrastructure;
- upload malicious code or use the app for spam, fraud, or abusive activity.
8. Data Handling and Security
We process customer data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the app, including encryption and secure handling of stored OAuth tokens. No system is completely secure, and you should maintain appropriate backups and access controls for important business data.
9. Third-Party Services
The app works with monday.com and Google services. We do not control those third-party platforms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, security practices, or terms. Your use of monday.com and Google remains subject to their respective agreements and policies.
10. Support and Availability
We aim to provide reliable service and reasonable support through the support channels listed in the monday.com Marketplace or by email. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we do not provide uptime commitments, service credits, or custom support response times.
11. Intellectual Property
Appstronauts and its licensors retain all rights in the app, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. You retain rights to the data you process through the app. These Terms do not transfer ownership of either party's intellectual property.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other party in connection with the app. Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the app, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
13. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appstronauts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims related to the app will not exceed the amount paid for the app by the customer during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or legal risk, or use the app in a way that may harm Appstronauts, monday.com, Google, or other users. You may stop using the app at any time and may revoke Google access through your Google account settings.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
If a separate written agreement applies, its governing law controls. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AEVELS LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
